TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • A deposit of £100 is required to confirm a booking, full payment on arrival.
  • Booking is Saturday to Saturday.  The correct time to take up occupation is 3.00pm and the property must be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure.
  • Well mannered dogs only allowed by prior arrangement.
  • Losses or breakages must be paid for.
  • Guests must take all reasonable care of property and equipment.
  • No smoking is permitted in the cottage.
